Pork Chops

6 Pork chops
1 md Onion; sliced
Salt & pepper
3/4 c Catsup
1 c Water
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 tb Vinegar
2 tb Brown sugar
1 ts Paprika
1 ts Chili powder


Arrange chops in 13x9-inch baking dish. Salt & pepper to taste. Arrange onion slices on tops of chops. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover with foil & bake at 325 for 1 hour. Uncover & cook an additional 20 minutes. (Sauce is good over rice or may be kept on hand for meat loaf, chicken, spare ribs or stew meat.)
