Oven-barbecued Pork Chops

6 Loin or rib pork chops; (3/4 inch thick), up to 8
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 tb Vinegar
2 ts Brown sugar
1/2 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Chili powder
1/2 ts Paprika
3/4 c Ketchup
1/3 c Hot water


Place chops in a heavy cast-iron skillet. Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 1 hour. Yield: 6-8 servings.
