Armadillo Eggs

6 Jalepeno peppers
1/2 lb Monterey jack cheese; grated
1/2 lb Hot pork sausage
5 oz Bisquick
1 pk Pork ``shake 'n bake''
1 Egg


Split peppers. Remove seeds. Stuff inside of pepper with Monterey Jack cheese. Combine cheese, sausage, and Bisquick. Wrap dough around pepper. Roll in beaten egg. Roll in Shake'n Bake. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
