Meatball and Tomato Cauldron

500 g Minced turkey or pork or beef
1 ts Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 ts Garlic puree; (1 to 2)
1/2 ts Dried oregano or mixed herbs
2 Jars tomato-based pasta sauce

Mix the minced turkey, pork or beef with 1 teaspoon of sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, the garlic puree and dried oregano or mixed herbs.

Using wet hands shape into 12 meatballs. Brown in a hot non-stick pan, shaking the pan occasionally for a good round shape, not essential.

Bring two jars of good pasta sauce to the boil in a saucepan and drop in the meatballs. Turn down to a nice bubbling simmer. Cook for 10-12 minutes. Good with mashed potato or pasta shapes.
