Cuban Chinese Roast Loin Of Pork
5 lb Boneless pork loin; trimmed
Salt; to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper -- to taste
1/4 c Orange juice
1/4 c Honey
3 tb Soy sauce
3 tb Sherry
2 tb Hoisin sauce
1/4 c Cooked black beans; mashed with a fork
2 tb Five spice powder
4 Garlic cloves; finely chopped
