Miso Soup With Pork (Butaniku Miso Shiru)

5 c Dashi
4 oz Thinly sliced boneless pork
2 sm Thinly sliced leeks
3 tb Red miso
Shiso leaves

Bring the dashi to a boil. Add pork and leeks. Simmer three minutes. Add miso. Heat until nearly boiling. Ladle into warmed soup bowls. Adorn with shiso leaves.
