4 Pork steaks
Salt and pepper
14 1/2 oz Can hominy; drained
1 sm Onino; chopped
4 oz Can diced green chili peppers, drained
1 ts Chili powder
Trim fat off pork steaks; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine hominy with onion, chili peppers, and chili powder in bottom of slow-cooking pot. Arrange pork steaks over hominy. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
