Mexican Pork Steaks

4 Pork blade steaks, 3/4"
1 ts Vegetable oil
1 c Chunky salsa
1/3 c Water
2 tb Lemon/lime juice
1/2 ts Ground cumin
Salt to taste


Heat oil in a non-stick skillet; brown steaks on both sides. Conbine salsa, water, juice and cumin; pour mixture over chops. cover and simmer 10-12 minutes or until meat is cooked.
