Braised Pork Chops With Cream Gravy

4 Loin pork chops, 1/2" thick
1/2 c Water
2 ts Dried parsley flakes
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Onion powder
1/4 ts Dried Thyme leaves
1/4 ts Worcestershire sauce
2 tb Flour
1/3 c Milk


In large skillet over med-hi heat, brown pork chops on both sides. Add water, parsley, salt, onion powder, thyme and worcestershire sauce. Cover; simmer 30 - 30 min or until pork chops are tender.


Remove pork chops from skillet; keep warm. In small bowl, combine flour and milk; blend until smooth. Gradually stir into hot mixture in skillet. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve hot gravy with pork chops.
