Grilled Pork Chops With Italian Relish

4 lg Pork chops

1/4 c Soy sauce
3 tb Dijon mustard
1 ts Chopped garlic
1 tb Honey
2 Lemons; juice of
1 tb Dried sage
1/4 c Olive oil

6 Roma tomatoes - seeded; diced
3/4 c Chopped red onion
1/4 c Red wine vinegar
2 tb Olive oil
1 tb Chopped garlic
2 tb Minced fresh basil
1 tb Minced fresh oregano

Whisk together in a mixing bowl the ingredients for the marinade. Place the pork chops in a large freezer bag and pour marinade into bag. Place bag into refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour. To prepare the relish, combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside. To cook the chops, place on the barbecue for 6 minutes per side, until cooked through. Serve with relish.
