Sweet-Sour Pork Chops 4 Boneless pork chops
2 tablespoons peanut oil
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup salad vinegar -- or apple cider vinegar
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 medium onion -- sliced
1 large green pepper -- cubed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown pork chops in oil.
Place in baking dish.
Combine all other ingredients except onion and green pepper in a saucepan and bring to boil. Cook for 2 minutes.
Pour thickened sauce over pork chops and top with onion and green pepper.
