Oven-Fried Pork Chops

2 rib cut pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
1 pkg. Shake-N-Bake (pork)


Coat chops. Place rib ends toward center in paper towel lined 8 inch square dish. Cover with wax paper. Cook on medium for 5 to 7 minutes. Halfway through, turn chops over. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
