Holiday Ham and Chili Cheese Ball

1 c. (4 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 (4 1/4 oz.) can Underwood deviled ham
2 tbsp. scallions, finely chopped
3 tbsp. Old El Paso green chilies, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

In a small bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, deviled ham, scallions and chilies; mix well. Shape mixture into a ball. Roll in chopped nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap; chill. Remove from refrigerator to soften slightly before serving. Serve with crackers. Makes 1 (2 cup) cheese ball.
