Ham Delight

40 sm. party rolls
1/2 lb. margarine, softened, not melted*
3 tbsp. poppy seed*
1 tbsp. Worcestershire*
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard*
1/4 tsp. minced onion*
1 lb. boiled ham (grated or sliced thin in sm. pieces)
1/3 lb. Swiss cheese, grated

Mix ingredients * together to make a spread. Cut tops off rolls (take rolls out and cut in half). Makes 2 bread halves and return to pan. Spread mixture on both bread halves. Sprinkle ham to cover bottom half of rolls. Sprinkle cheese to cover ham. Place top bread half over cheese. Wrap entire package (including pan) tightly in tin foil. Bake for 10-20 minutes at 400 degrees. Can eat immediately or freeze and then reheat in the microwave.
