Ham Breakfast Sandwich

Low Cholesterol. Makes 3 sandwiches. 1 oz. Neufchatel or light cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. apricot spreadable fruit
2 tsp. plain nonfat yogurt
6 slices raisin bread
Lettuce leaves
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Eckrich Lite Lower Salt Ham
3 Granny Smith apple rings

Combine cheese, spreadable fruit and yogurt in small bowl. Spread on bread. To make each sandwich: Place lettuce on 1 slice bread. Top with 2 slices ham, 1 apple ring and another slice of bread.
