Ham Barbeque

1 tb Vegetable oil
1 c Green pepper; chopped
1 c Onion; chopped
1/2 c Ketchup
1/3 c Sweet relish
1/4 c Cider vinegar
2 tb Sugar
1 ts Dry mustard
1 lb Ham; thinly sliced
6 Sandwich rolls; halved


In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add green pepper and onions, saute until lightly browned, 5-7 minutes.

Stir in ketchup, relish, vinegar, sugar and mustard.

Heat barbecue sauce to boiling, reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes.

Stir ham into sauce,return to boiling. Remove from heat and divide among rolls. Serve immediately.
