Ham and Swiss Quiche

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. cornstarch
6 oz. ham, 1/4" cubes
Raw 10" pie shell
8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1/8 tsp. white pepper


Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth. Add ham, cheese, onion and pepper. Mix to distribute ingredients evenly. Pour into pie shell. Bake on sheet pan at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Allow to set a few minutes before cutting.
