Ham and Swiss Cheese Spread

1/2 pound ham -- minced
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh parsley -- chopped
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 pound Swiss cheese -- grated
2 tablespoons onion -- minced
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper -- freshly ground


Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or bread rounds.

Makes about 3 cups.
