Ham and Rice Salad

1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Original Ranch salad dressing mix
2 c. cooked ham, cubed
2 raw carrots, grated
1 c. green peas (frozen is O.K.)
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1/4 c. cucumbers, finely chopped
1/4 c. fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic salt (or powder)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper


Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl and fold in sour cream dressing. Chill. Yield: 8 to 10 (1/2 cup) servings.
