Ham and Garden Vegetable Salad

2 cups rotini pasta
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups extra lean ham -- (precooked)
1 cup snow peas -- halved lengthwise
1 medium tomato -- chopped
1 medium carrot -- cut in julienne strips
1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared mustard -- (yellow)
2 tablespoons lemon juice


COOK rotini according to package direction. Cool under cold running water. Drain well. IN LARGE bowl combine rotini with ham and vegetables. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice. Stir into salad. COVER and chill at least 1 hour. Season to taste. Serves 6
