Ham and Cheese Spread

1 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 ounces low-fat Swiss cheese -- finely shredded -- (1/2 cup)
6 ounces pita bread triangles
French bread slices -- or melba toast rounds

In med-size bowl, combine cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, and mustard; add ham and Swiss cheese.

With wooden spoon, mix until thoroughly blended.

To serve, spread on pita triangles or toast.
