Ham and Cheese Salad

1 cup cracked wheat bulgur
2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup diced cooked lean ham
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Prepare 1 cup Grain Gourmet Cracked Wheat Bulgur as directed. Add other ingredients. Serve chilled.
