Ham and Cheese Omelet

7 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
3 oz. pkg. thinly sliced ham
1 c. Cheddar
1 tbsp. minced onion


Beat eggs, milk, and salt. Tear ham into small pieces; add to eggs. Stir in cheese and onion. Pour into greased 7x11 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned. Serve immediately.
