Ham and Cheese Brunch

1 lb. cubed ham
6 slices French bread
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
4 to 6 eggs, beaten
1 stick oleo

Slice and dice bread. Cube ham. Place in 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle on grated cheese. In a small bowl, beat eggs. Add 2 1/2 cups milk and dry mustard and salt. Pour mixture evenly over the ham, bread and cheese. Melt 1 stick of oleo and pour this over top. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Remove foil before baking. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Goes great with cantaloupe or other fresh fruit and English muffins.
