Ham and Cheese Breakfast

20 slices bread
3 c. chopped ham
10 oz. cheddar cheese
10 oz. Swiss cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. butter


Layer 10 slices of bread in pan (cut off crust). Then layer ham, cheese and top off with 10 slices crustless bread. Beat 6 eggs with seasonings then add milk to eggs. Pour over bread. Make day before and cover. Store in refrigerator. Next day before baking, top with 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
