Ham and Bacon Quiches

1 bunch chopped green onion
2 tbsp. melted margarine
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
8 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
2 c. ham, cut into pieces
8 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash nutmeg
Dash pepper

Bake 2 pie crusts at 425 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Saute onion in margarine. Combine onion, cheese, bacon, mushrooms and ham. Put half of this in each shell. Mix remaining ingredients and pour half into each shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until set. Let set 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
