Ham Rolls

10 Oz. frozen pizza dough
2 Tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
2 Tsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tsp. white horseradish -- drained
6 Oz. boiled ham -- thinly-sliced
3 Oz. fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 Cup onions -- diced


Preheat oven to 425. On work surface, stretch dough into 10x12" rectangle. In small bowl, whisk together yogurt, mustard and horseradish; spread mixture evenly over dough, leaving a 1 1/2" border.

Arrange ham over dough; sprinkle with cheese and onion. Starting from wide end, roll dough jelly-roll fashion to enclose fillings; spinach seam to seal.

Spray nonstick baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange roll seam-side down on sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting into 10 equal slices. Freezes well.
