Easter Surprise Ham

8-10 lb. ham
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple slices, juice reserved
Brown sugar

Cut fat from ham. Make a coating from equal amounts of fruit juice and brown. Add mustard to taste. Coat ham with mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for about 2 1/2 hours, basting frequently. Score ham and place a clove in each cross. Place pineapple slices with cherries inside over ham. Bake another 30 minutes.
