Breakfast Ham and Cheese Bake

5 pieces of bread
1 (6 3/4 oz.) can tender chunk ham
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt


Cube bread, ham and cheese. Layer it in the bottom of a 9"x13" pan. Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Pour over bread mixture. Put it in refrigerator overnight. Just before baking, melt 4 tablespoons butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes to set before serving.
