Baked Ham Steak
1 pre-cooked ham steak, about 1 lb.
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Put ham steak in a baking dish. Cook covered with plastic wrap for 9 minutes. Remove and drain off juices. Mix juices with brown sugar and mustard. Spread over top of steak. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Cover loosely and let stand 2 to 3 minutes.
