Grut Wurst

1 pig head, from approximately 175 lb. pig or may use pork roast

Skin and remove fat. Boil hard for 3 hours and remove from bone. Grind meat; save water. 4 tsp. cloves 9 tsp. allspice Soak oats overnight in water. Cook oats and meat liquid until it starts to thicken, about 45 minutes. Add meat and spices. Cook until it slides off spoon clean, about 1 hour. Cool and freeze.
