Ginger Grilled Tenderloin

2 whole Smithfield* tenderloin (about 1-1/2 lb-- total)
2 cups dry white wine -or- chicken broth
4 tablespoons fresh ginger -- grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 cloves garlic -- minced


* Smithfield Lean Generation Pork - Due to the lean nature of SLGP, it cooks 15 - 20% faster than traditional pork. Please remember this when substituting SLGP in other recipes. Do Not Overcook.

Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing plastic bag. Seal bag and refrigerate 2 - 24 hours. Remove tenderloins from marinade. Discard marinade.

Heat gas grill to medium; grill tenderloins in covered grill, turning occasionally for 15 - 20 minutes, until thermometer inserted reads 150 - 155F. Slice
