Chorizo

1 lb. beef meat
1 lb. pork (optional)
5 tbsp. red chili powder
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. clove
1/2 tsp. cumino (comino)
1 tsp. cinnamon


Mix well and let set for 2 days in the refrigerator. You can crumble up to cook or form into patties.
