1 lb. fresh pork, cut into small pieces
3 c. celery, chopped
Salt to taste
2 c. chopped onions
1 lg. pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. fat
Saute pork in fat. Remove from skillet. Add onions and pepper and brown lightly. Add meat and celery and enough water to cook. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with fluffy rice. Thicken with cornstarch.
