3.5 oz. can chile ortegos
1/2 lb. pork
1 1/2 clove fresh or garlic salt
1 sm. onion, diced
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. oil
3 c. water
Heat oil and add pork, onion, and garlic. Cook over medium heat for 12 minutes. Add flour and brown. Add water and green chiles; simmer for 10 more minutes.
