3 lb. boneless pork roast
1 lb. dry pinto beans
3 - 4 minced garlic buds
2 tbsp. cumin
2 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper
Combine ingredients in crock pot and fill up with water. Cook on high until meat and beans are broken down, approximately 8 to 10 hours. Serve over bed of Fritos and garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Great for large groups, serves 15.
