Brunch Souffle

1 lb. mild pork sausage
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. dry mustard
6 slices white bread, cubed (crust removed, if desired)
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt or to taste
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown sausage; drain and cool. Crumble sausage into bowl. Beat eggs in another bowl and add milk, salt, mustard and bread cubes; mix well. Add cheese and sausage; mix again. Spoon into 8x12x2 inch glass baking dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove dish from refrigerator. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes, or until egg mixture is set. Cut into squares to serve.
