Breakfast Sausage Fix Up

6 slices bread
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 c. processed Swiss cheese
3/4 c. light cream (or milk)*
Dash pepper
1 tsp. mustard
3 beaten eggs
1 1/4 c. milk*
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

*2 cups total liquid. Trim crust from bread and line bottom of greased 12 x 9 pan. Brown sausage - drain fat - add mustard. Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set.
