Breakfast Egg Bake
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 slices bread
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. roll pork sausage
Break bread into small pieces. Brown sausage, pour off grease. Put over bread. Sprinkle cheese over. Beat eggs, milk, salt and the mustard. Pour all in the greased 9x13 pan. Store in refrigerator overnight covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
