Breakfast Burritos

1 doz. eggs
1 med. onion
1 green pepper
1/2 lb. diced ham or turkey
1 pkg. flour tortillas
Diced tomatoes
Sliced American cheese

Scramble first 4 ingredients in 1/4 teaspoon oleo. Place on flour tortillas. Add diced tomatoes and 1 slice of American cheese. Fold and wrap in foil. Can be kept in refrigerator all week. Warm in microwave.
