Badger Scramble Breakfast

2 lb. pork sausage
18 eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
3 c. garlic and onion croutons
18 slices tomato

Cook and brown sausage and drain. Lay in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Beat eggs, milk, add salt, then stir in cheese. Pour over sausage and sprinkle with croutons. Bake 45-50 minutes at 325 degrees or until knife comes out clean. Top with tomato slices. Serves 6.
