Snow Capped Broccoli And Ham

1 (10 oz.) pkg. cut broccoli
10 oz. fully cooked ham, chopped (about 2 c.)
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
3 egg whites
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place frozen broccoli in a colander. Run hot water over broccoli just until thawed. Drain well. Divide broccoli among 4 (10 oz.) custard cups. Combine chopped ham, onion and 1/4 cup of salad dressing or mayonnaise. Spoon ham mixture over broccoli in custard cups. For egg topping: In a small mixer bowl beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Stir together the remaining salad dressing and dry mustard. Fold salad dressing mixture into beaten egg whites. Spoon egg mixture over ham mixture in custard cups. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until topping is golden. Makes 4 servings.
