Mushroom-Topped Pork Chops

6 Lean pork chops,boneless
1 tb Butter

1 c Finely chopped mushrooms
1 tb Butter
1/2 c Finely chopped parsley
1/3 c Finely chopped red onions
1 Egg
1 ts Salt
ds Black pepper
2 tb Grated cheddar cheese

Place pork chops in a microsafe dish. Prepare topping; In a microsafe dish, place chopped mushrooms. Dot with butter. Microwave at HIGH POWER for 3 minutes until mushrooms don't look raw. Drain. Let cool. Mix together mushrooms, egg and salt and pepper. Place topping on pork chops. Microwave at MEDIUM HIGH POWER for 6 minutes, uncovered. Let rest for 5 minutes. Uncover. Microwave at MEDIUM HIGH POWER for another 4 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave at HIGH POWER for 3 - 4 more minutes until cheese is melted and chops are done to your liking.
