Maple Syrup Glazed Ribs 3 lb Pork back ribs
1 c Maple syrup
3 T Orange juice concentrate
2 T Soy sauce
1 T Dijon mustard
3 T Ketchup
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 t Curry powder
1 ea Garlic clove, minced
2 ea Shallots, minced
1 T Sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 350F. Cut ribs into single rib portions. Place on
greased or sprayed rack in foil lined roasting pan, meat side up.
Bake, tightly covered, 1-1/4 hours, drain. Remove rack and return
ribs to pan. Meanwhile, in saucepan, whisk together all remaining
ingredients except sesame seeds. Bring to boil over medium high
heat. Cook 15 minutes, stirring occassionally. Pour maple syrup
mixture over ribs to coat. Roast, uncovered, 45 minutes or until ribs
are tender and glazed, turning and basting twice. Transfer ribs to
serving platter. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Makes 4 servings. Maple Syrup Glazed Ribs printer friendly version located here. (Just the recipe. Nothing else.) Click Back to return. |
