Ground Pork Burgers

1 lb Lean Ground Pork
2 ts Garlic; minced
1 md Onion; finely chopped
1 c Honey Barbecue Sauce; (Recipe below or Prepared Sauce)
6 Wheat Hamburger Buns; split and toasted

Mix the pork, garlic, and onion. Crumble into a skillet and cook over medium heat until pork is cooked. Drain, then stir in the honey barbecue sauce and simmer for about 15 minutes.

When ready to serve, toast the buns and spread honey on the inside of each. Spoon pork mixture onto the buns and serve.
