Golden Glazed Ham

6 lb Ham; uncooked
6 oz Orange juice conc.; undilutd
1 1/4 c Sugar, brown; firmly packed
1/2 c Steak sauce
Pineapple slices; opt.


Place ham, fat side up, on a large piece of aluminum foil in a shallow roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients except pineapple slices. Pour half of glaze mixture over ham. Wrap foil loosely around ham. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 to 3-1/2 hours (about 30 minutes per pound).

Remove ham from oven about 30 minutes before cooking time is up. Score ham in a diamond pattern, making cuts 1/4" deep in ham fat. Spoon remaining glaze mixture over ham, and return ham to overn. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, basting frequently. Garnish with pineapple slices, if desired.
