Smoky Country-style Pork Ribs

3 1/2 lb Country-Style Pork Ribs
1 c -Water
1 c Ketchup
1/2 c Chili Sauce
1/4 c Dark Brown Sugar; packed
2 tb Cider Vinegar
1 tb Lemon Juice
1 tb Liquid Smoke**


Place ribs in a 2-quart rectangular dish or casserole, add water and cover with vented plastic wrap or lid. Rearranging ribs midway through cooking, microwave on high 20 minutes.

Pour off water. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, chili sauce, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice and liquid smoke. Pour ketchup mixture over ribs and cover. Microwave on medium (50 percent) for 20 minutes. Rearrange ribs and baste with sauce. Microwave on medium 20 minutes. Serve with any remaining sauce.

**NOTE: You can use 1/2 cup smoke-flavor barbecue sauce instead of 1 tablespoon liquid smoke. Makes 6 servings
