Sweet and Sour Pork Rice

2 1/2 lb Lean pork; cut in 1" cubes
1 1/2 c Flour
1/2 c White vinegar
1/2 c Dark molasses
5 c Peeled tomatoes
3 lg Green peppers; seeded and sliced
1 lg Can pineapple chunks OR 1 Fresh pineapple - cut up
1 c Brown sugar
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1 tb Cornstarch
Buttered Rice
1/4 c Diced green peppers
1/4 c Diced red peppers

Lightly flour pork and brown in a Dutch oven; add vinegar, molasses and tomatoes; bring to a boil; add green peppers, pineapple, sugar, salt and pepper; reduce heat and cook until pork is tender; add cornstarch mixed with water if thickening is necessary; serve in a warm casserole accompanied by the buttered rice, red and green diced peppers.
