Open Faced Sesame Pork Sandwiches 1 Garlic Clove; Minced
8 oz Boned Pork Cutlets; Tenderized
1 ts Sesame Seeds
Vegetable Cooking Spray
1 c Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
1/2 c Thinly Sliced Onion
2 tb Mango Chutney
2 tb Dijon Mustard
1 Whole Wheat English Muffins; Split And Toasted
Rub garlic over both sides of pork; sprinkle both sides evenly with
sesame seeds. Place a medium skillet coated with cooking spray over
medium heat until hot. Add pork; cook 4 minutes on each side or until
done. Remove pork from skillet; set aside, and keep warm. Wipe
drippings from skillet with a paper towel. Recoat pan with cooking
spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add mushrooms and onion;
saute 3 minutes. Stir in chutney and mustard; cook 30 seconds or
until thoroughly heated. Place pork on English muffin halves; top
