Plantation Ham Pie

2 tb Margarine
3 c Ham; cooked; cubed
1/2 c Green pepper; chopped
1 Onion; chopped
2 cn Cream of chicken soup
1 c Milk
Parsley pinwheels
2 c Biscuit baking mix
1/2 c Water; cold
1/2 c Snipped parsley

Heat oven to 425~. Melt margarine in large skillet. Cook and stir ham, green pepper and onion in margarine until ham is golden and onion is tender. Stir in soup and milk. Heat just to boiling, stirring frequently. Pour into ungreased 8x8 baking dish; place in oven. Prepare parsley pinwheels; arrange on hot ham mixture. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes. PARSLEY PINWHEELS: Stir baking mix and water to a soft dough. Shape dough into a ball; knead lightly on floured cloth-covered board. Roll into rectangle, 12x7". Sprinkle parsley over dough. Roll up tightly, beginning at long side. Cut into 9 equal slices.
